AUTO LEADING APPARATUS FOR ESCAPING CONFLAGRATION IN BULDING

The present invention relates to a device to automatically induce escaping from a building on fire and, more specifically, relates to a device to automatically induce escaping from a building on fire, capable of quickly and accurately guiding people to an exit when the people cannot see the front side very well due to flames and smoke, caused by fire in a building. According to the present invention, the device includes: multiple flame sensors placed in the building at predetermined intervals, and sensing heat of flames in case of fire; a smoke sensor installed with the flame sensor to sense smoke caused by the flames; an emergency exit lamp installed with the flame sensors and the smoke sensor to guide people to an exit; an ignition lamp installed with the emergency exit lamp to be turned on and off by a predetermined control signal; a control part receiving sensing signals from the smoke sensor and the flame sensors, sensing the smoke and the flames, to turn off the ignition lamp, installed in an area in which the flame sensors and smoke sensor are installed, by transmitting the control signal to the lamp and to turn on the ignition lamp, installed in the other areas, by transmitting the control signal to the lamp; and a voice guide unit operated by the control signal of the control part, and making a guide voice indicating that the area, in which the flame sensors and the smoke sensor are installed, is an ignition spot of the fire. 본 발명은 화재시 건물 탈출 자동 유도장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 건물 내에서 화재로 인한 연기 및 화염으로 인해 전방 시야의 확보가 어려울 때, 탈출구로 이어지는 경로를 가장 빠르고 정확하게 안내할 수 있는 화재시 건물 탈출 자동 유도장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 화재시 건물 탈출 자동 유도장치는 건물 내에 일정 간격으로 다수 구비되고, 화재시 화염의 열을 감지하는 화염센서와; 상기 화염센서와 함께 구비되어 화재시 화염으로 인한 연기를 감지하는 연기센서와; 상기 화염센서 및 상기 연기센서와 함께 구비되어 탈출구를 안내하는 비상유도등과; 상기 비상유도등과 함께 구비되어 소정 제어신호에 의해 온(ON)/오프(OFF)되는 발화등과; 화염의 열 및 연기를 감지한 상기 화염센서 및 상기 연기센서로부터 감지신호를 수신받아, 상기 화염센서 및 상기 연기센서가 설치된 지역의 구비된 상기 발화등에 제어신호를 송신하여 오프(OFF)시키고, 그 이외의 지역에 구비된 상기 발화등에 제어신호를 송신하여 온(ON)시키는 콘트롤부와; 상기 콘트롤부의 제어신호에 의해 동작되며, 화염의 열 및 연기를 감지한 상기 화염센서 및 상기 연기센서가 설치된 지역이 화재의 발화지점임을 음성으로 안내하는 음성안내수단을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
