OUTDOOR UNIT OF AIR CONDITIONER AND MANUFACTURE METHOD

The present invention relates to an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, and a method for manufacturing the same. The outdoor unit of an air conditioner comprises: a top cover forming an upper surface of the outdoor unit and having an outlet; a base fan forming a lower surface of the outdoor unit; an outdoor heat exchanger formed along the circumference of the base fan; a side supporter connecting the top cover and the base fan to form an edge of the outdoor unit; and an out panel disposed between the side supporters, coupled to the side supporter to form a shape of the circumference of an outer surface of the outdoor unit, and having a plurality of inlets where outdoor air is introduced to an area corresponding to the outdoor heat exchanger. 본 발명은 공기 조화기의 실외기 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 실외기의 상면을 형성하며 토출구가 형성된 탑 커버; 상기 실외기의 하면을 형성하는 베이스 팬; 상기 베이스 팬의 둘레를 따라서 형성되는 실외 열교환기; 상기 탑 커버와 베이스 팬을 연결하며, 상기 실외기의 모서리를 형성하는 사이드 서포터; 상기 사이드 서포터의 사이에 배치되며, 상기 사이드 서포터와 결합되어 상기 실외기의 외측면 둘레의 형상을 형성하되, 상기 실외 열교환기와 대응하는 영역에 외기가 흡입되는 다수의 흡입구가 형성되는 아웃 패널;을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
