More specifically, provided are: a method for manufacturing instant raw glass noodles which reduces time spent on an existing method for manufacturing raw glass noodles and increases a shelf life of the raw glass noodles at room temperature; and the raw glass noodles manufactured thereby. 본 발명은 즉석 조리용 생당면의 제조방법 및 이로부터 제조된 생당면에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 기존의 생당면을 제조하기까지의 시간을 단축하고, 상온에서의 유통 기한을 증가시킨 즉석 조리용 생당면의 제조방법 및 이로부터 제조된 생당면에 관한 것이다.
