| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device which comprises: an organic light emitting display panel on which sub pixels are arranged; a gamma reference voltage supply unit configured to supply gamma reference voltages which are variable during driving and when sensing a threshold voltage; a data driving unit configured to supply data voltages to data lines based on the gamma reference voltages and sense a voltage of a sensing node within each sub pixel during a sensing mode interval; and a timing controller configured to control the data driving unit and perform a compensation process based on the voltage sensed by the data driving unit. Therefore, the organic light emitting display device can improve image quality.
본 발명은, 서브픽셀들이 배치된 유기발광표시패널, 구동시와 문턱전압 센싱시 가변하는 감마기준전압들을 공급하는 감마기준전압 공급부, 데이터 라인들로 감마기준전압들을 토대로 데이터 전압들을 공급하며 센싱 모드 구간 동안 각 서브픽셀 내 센싱 노드의 전압을 센싱하는 데이터 구동부 및 데이터 구동부를 제어하며 데이터 구동부의 센싱된 전압을 토대로 보상 프로세스를 수행하는 타이밍 컨트롤러를 포함하는 유기발광표시장치에 관한 것이다. |
