Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for producing poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyhexanoate) [P(HB-co-HHx) having a high 3-hydroxy hexanoate (3HHx) content by using butyrate from Ralstonia eutropha, which is modified to produce P(HB-co-HHx), as a carbon source. According the present invention, P(HB-co-HHx), a bioplastic having a high 3-hydroxy hexanoate content, with enhanced physical properties, can be produced from butyrate. 본 발명은 P(HB-co-HHx)을 생산하기 위해 개량된 랄스토니아 유트로파(Ralstonia Eutropha)로부터 부티레이트(butyrate)를 탄소원으로 사용하여 3HHx(3-hydroxy hexanoate) 함량이 높은 P(HB-co-HHx)[poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyhexanoate)]을 생산하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명을 통해 부티레이트로부터 물성을 향상할 수 있는 높은 함량의 3-하이드록시 헥사노에이트(3-hydroxy hexanoate)를 가진 바이오플라스틱인 P(HB-co-HHx)를 생산할 수 있다.
