Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to super duplex stainless steel and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, relates to a super duplex stainless steel manufacturing method which improves corrosion resistance and impact toughness. The super duplex stainless steel manufacturing method comprises: a molten steel preparation step; a decarbonizing step of removing carbon included in the molten steel; a desulfurization step of forming CaO and Al_2O_3 in a ratio (At%) of 1:0.8-1.2 by injecting Ca; a continuous casting step of producing the molten steel into a slab; and a hot rolling step of producing the slab into a thick plate. 본 발명에 의한 수퍼 듀플렉스 스테인레스강 및 그 제조 방법은, 내식성 및 충격인성을 향상시킨 수퍼 듀플렉스 스테인레스강 제조 방법에 있어서, 용강 준비 단계; 상기 용강에 포함된 탄소를 제거하는 탈탄 단계; Ca을 투입하여 CaO와 AlO를 1:0.8~1.2의 비율(At%)로 형성시키는 탈황 단계; 상기 용강을 슬라브로 제조하는 연속주조 단계; 및 상기 슬라브를 후판으로 제조하는 열간압연 단계; 를 포함하는, 수퍼 듀플렉스 스테인레스강 제조 방법.
