BULLETPROOF PANEL

A bulletproof panel comprises: (i) a ceramic plate (A); (ii) a laminate (C) wherein one or more phenol resin-impregnated aramid fabrics (C1, C2, C3) are laminated; and (iii) an epoxy resin-impregnated fabric (B) positioned between the ceramic plate (A) and the laminate (C) of the phenol resin-impregnated aramid fabrics, wherein an epoxy resin is impregnated into a fabric. Since the epoxy resin-impregnated fabric (B) is positioned between the ceramic plate (A) and the laminate (C) of the phenol resin-impregnated aramid fabrics and increases adhesion between the ceramic plate (A) and the laminate (C), the ceramic plate (A) and the laminate (C) of the phenol resin-impregnated aramid fabrics are not separated even in a high temperature environment, and bulletproof performance is greatly improved. Also, the present invention greatly improves workability since a conventional thermoplastic adhesive film does not need to be inserted between the phenol resin-impregnated aramid fabrics (C1, C2, C3). (ⅰ) 세라믹 플레이트(A); (ⅱ) 페놀수지 함침 아라미드 직물(C1, C2, C3)들이 적층되어 있는 적어도 하나의 페놀수지 함침 아라미드 직물의 적층체(C); 및 (ⅲ) 상기 세라믹 플레이트(A)와 페놀수지 함침 아라미드 직물의 적층체(C) 사이에 위치하며 직물에 에폭시 수지가 함침되어 있는 에폭시 수지 함침 직물(B);을 포함한다. 본 발명은 에폭시 수지 함침 직물(B)이 세라믹 플레이트(A)와 페놀수지 함침 아라미드 직물의 적층체(C) 사이에 위치하면서 이들간의 접착력을 높혀주기 때문에 고온환경하에서도 세라믹 플레이트(A)와 페놀수지 함침 아라미드 직물의 적층체(C)가 박리되지 않고 방탄성능이 크게 향상된다. 또한, 본 발명은 페놀수지 함침 아라미드 직물(C1, C2, C3) 사이 각각에 종래와 같이 열가소성 접착필름을 삽입해 줄 필요가 없어서 작업성이 크게 향상된다.
