Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to novel benzazaphosphol-3-one 1-oxide derivatives and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method of the benzazaphosphol-3-one 1-oxide derivatives selectively synthesizes the benzazaphosphol-3-one 1-oxide derivatives through an oxidative carbon-nitrogen binding reaction of phosphonamide derivatives as a starting material, in the presence of an oxidizing agent and a halogen-based additive. According to the present invention, the benzazaphosphol-3-one 1-oxide derivatives exhibit physiological activities, and can be used in the pharmaceutical industry. 본 발명은 새로운 벤즈아자포스폴-3-온 1-옥사이드 유도체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 벤즈아자포스폴-3-온 1-옥사이드 유도체의 제조방법은 산화제와 할로겐계 첨가제 존재 하에 출발물질인 포스폰아마이드 유도체의 분자내 산화성 탄소-질소 결합 반응을 통해 선택적으로 벤즈아자포스폴-3-온 1-옥사이드 유도체를 합성하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
