Zusammenfassung:	Provided are a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet, and a method to manufacture the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the grain-oriented electrical steel sheet comprises: 2.0-4.5 wt% of Si; 0.03-0.09 wt% of C; 0.01-0.05 wt% of Sb; 0.03-0.08 wt% of Sn; 0.01-0.05 wt% of Mo; 0.02-0.15 wt% of Cr; and the remainder consisting of Fe and inevitable impurities. Moreover, Sn(wt%) + Sb(wt%) - 0.7Cr(wt%) is equal to or less than 0.07. 방향성 전기강판 및 이의 제조방법이 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 방향성 전기강판은, 중량%로, Si: 2.0 내지 4.5%, C: 0.03% 내지 0.09%, Sb: 0.01% 내지 0.05%, Sn: 0.03% 내지 0.08%, Mo: 0.01% 내지 0.05%, Cr: 0.02% 내지 0.15%, 잔부는 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하되, Sn(중량%) + Sb(중량%) - 0.7Cr(중량%)의 값이 0.07 이하이다.
