Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to DNA aptamer specifically binding to engrailed-2 (EN2), a bio sensor for diagnosing prostate cancer, and a method of providing information to diagnose prostate cancer. Effects of strong binding strength and excellent specificity were observed in the DNA aptamer and the bio sensor using the same of the present invention. As a result, detection specific issues of prostate-specific antigen (PSA) test used conventionally for diagnosing prostate cancer was solved. Thus, it is expected that the method can be used effectively in diagnosing early-stage prostate cancer and enhance diagnostic accuracy.
본 발명은 EN2 (Engrailed-2)에 특이적으로 결합하는 DNA 압타머, 이를 포함하는 전립선암 진단용 바이오센서, 및 전립선암 진단을 위한 정보제공 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 DNA 압타머 및 이를 이용한 바이오센서의 EN2 단백질과의 강한 결합력 및 우수한 특이성을 확인하였는바, 종래 전립선암 진단에 사용되는 PSA (prostate-specific antigen) 검사의 검출 특이성 문제를 극복하였으며, 이에 전립선암의 조기진단에 보다 효과적이며, 진단 정확성을 증가시키는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. |
