WATER-BLOOM CONTROL SYSTEM FOR REMOVING WATER-BLOOM INDUCING MATERIAL AND SUPPLYING DISSOLVED OXYGEN, AND CONTROLLING METHOD FOR THE SAME

Provided are a green tide control system for removing a green tide causing substance and supplying dissolved oxygen and a method thereof. According to the present invention, treated water from which a green tide causing substance is primary removed flows in to generate dissolved oxygen saturated water, and dissolved oxygen is supplied to the lower level of a water body of the river to suppress nutrient salts and heavy metal from leaching caused by lack of oxygen in the lower level of the river. In addition, preventive technologies for directly removing a green tide causing substance and controlling occurrence of a green tide are applied at the same time, thereby including a direct green tide causing substance removal process.
