Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for forming an alignment layer. The method for forming an alignment layer includes the following steps: forming, on a stage with a groove formed therein, a first substrate, a second substrate facing the first substrate, and a liquid crystal layer disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate and including reactive mesogens; and hardening the reactive mesogens by exposing the liquid crystal layer to light to form an alignment layer. After a display panel is disposed on the stage with the groove formed therein, the alignment layer is formed by hardening the reactive mesogens by electric field light exposure, which allows a line tilt angle of upper and lower alignment layers to be symmetric. So transmittance can be improved.
홈이 형성된 스테이지 상에, 제1 기판, 상기 제1 기판에 대향하는 제2 기판 및 상기 제1 기판 및 상기 제2 기판 사이에 배치되며 반응성 메조겐을 포함하는 액정층을 형성하고, 상기 액정층을 노광하여 상기 반응성 메조겐을 경화시켜 배향막을 형성한다. 따라서, 상기 배향막은 표시 패널이 홈이 형성된 스테이지 상에 배치된 후 전계 노광에 의하여 반응성 메조겐이 경화되어 형성되므로, 상하 배향막의 선경사 각이 대칭될 수 있으며 이에 따른 투과율을 향상시킬 수 있다. |
