Zusammenfassung:A turbo-engine exhaust system includes: a gasket (10) placed between a turbocharger flange of a turbocharger (1) and a WCC flange (3-1) of a warm up catalytic converter (WCC) (3), and including a sealing mass (15) formed of mica manufactured by 30-35% of modulate formation so that a sealing mass compression variance of a neighboring part, to which bolting combination force of a stud bolt (5) is directly applied, is formed to be greater than a sealing mass compression variance of a residual part, to which the bolting combination force is not directly applied. Therefore, since attachment force between the turbocharger (1) and the WCC (3) is equally formed and damage, caused by the deterioration of high temperature exhaust gas, is reduced by applying an SUS type material to the gasket (10), the degradation of the bolting combination force of the stud bolt (5), caused by vibrations of an engine, is prevented, so a leak of exhaust gas is prevented. 본 발명의 터보엔진 배기계는 터보자저(1)의 터보자저 플랜지(1-1)와 WCC(Warm up Catalytic Converter)(3)의 WCC 플랜지(3-1)사이로 위치되고, 스터드 볼트(5)의 볼팅체결력이 직접 가해지는 주변부위의 실링매스 압축변형량이 볼팅체결력이 직접 가해지지 않는 나머지 부위의 실링매스 압축변형량보다 크게 형성되도록 30~35%의 억양성형으로 제조된 운모로 이루어진 실링매스(15)가 구비된 가스켓(10)을 포함함으로써 터보자저(1)와 WCC(3)사이의 면에 대한 밀착력이 균일하게 형성되고, 특히 가스켓(10)에 SUS 계열 재질을 적용해 고온배기가스의 열화에 의한 손상도 줄여줌으로써 엔진 진동에 의한 스터드 볼트(5)의 볼팅 체결력 약화 방지로 배기가스 리크(leak)가 방지되는 특징을 갖는다.
