Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a composition containing, as an active ingredient, a mixed extract of Panax ginseng, Cinnamomum cassia, Cnidium officinale, Rehmannia glutinosa, Poria cocos, Glycyrrhiza uralensis, Astragalus membranaceus, Angelica gigas, Paeonia lactiflora, Atractylodes japonica, Zingiber officinale and Zizyphus jujube. Since the composition regulates an expression level of PDGF-BB and blocks the binding with PDGFRβ which is a receptor, thereby showing an effect of efficiently inhibiting angiogenesis in ocular tissue. Thus, the composition can be used as a pharmaceutical composition and a health functional food for treating and preventing ocular angiogenesis disease. 본 발명은 인삼(Panax ginseng), 계피(Cinnamomum cassia), 천궁(Cnidium officinale), 지황(Rehmannia glutinosa), 복령(Poria cocos), 감초(Glycyrrhiza uralensis), 황기(Astragalus membranaceus), 당귀(Angelica gigas), 작약(Paeonia lactiflora), 백출(Atractylodes japonica), 생강(Zingiber officinale) 및 대추(Zizyphus jujuba)의 혼합추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 조성물에 관한 것으로, 상기 조성물은 PDGF-BB의 발현량을 조절하고 수용체인 PDGFRβ와의 결합을 차단하여 안구조직 내 신생혈관 생성을 효과적으로 억제하는 효과를 나타내므로 안구 신생혈관 질환 예방 및 치료용 약학적 조성물, 및 건강기능식품으로 사용할 수 있다.
