COMPOSITION FOR MEDICINAL HERBAL TEA AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF COMPOSITION FOR MEDICINAL HERBAL BY SUPERCRITICAL FLUID EXTRACTION AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CARBONATED BEVERAGE AND HEALTH BEVERAGE THEREOF

The present invention relates to a composition for a medicinal herbal tea, a method for preparing a medicinal herbal tea extract composition by CO_2 extraction, and a method for preparing a carbonated beverage and a health beverage using the same, and more specifically, to a composition for a medicinal herbal tea which comprises a medicinal herbal extract and beverage material obtained by extracting and concentrating medicinal herbal raw materials including Trichosanthis Radix, Puerariae Radix, Rehmanniae Radix, Schizandrae Fructus, Glycyrrhizae Radix, Cocicis Semen, jujube, and Helianthus tuberosus using an N_2 or CO_2 carrier gas, a method for preparing a medicinal herbal tea extract composition by CO_2 extraction, and a method for preparing a carbonated beverage and a health beverage using the same. Accordingly, a composition for a medicinal herbal tea according to the present invention comprises 10 to 20 wt% of Trichosanthis Radix, 5 to 10 wt% of Puerariae Radix, 5 to 10 wt% of Rehmanniae Radix, 5 to 10 wt% of Schizandrae Fructus, 5 to 10 wt% of Glycyrrhizae Radix, 20 to 50 wt% of Cocicis Semen, and 5 to 10 wt% of jujube. Further, a method for preparing a medicinal herbal tea extract composition by supercritical fluid extraction comprises extracting and concentrating ground medicinal herbal materials comprising 10 to 20 wt% of Trichosanthis Radix, 5 to 10 wt% of Puerariae Radix, 5 to 10 wt% of Rehmanniae Radix, 5 to 10 wt% of Schizandrae Fructus, 5 to 10 wt% of Glycyrrhizae Radix, 20 to 50 wt% of Cocicis Semen, and 5 to 10 wt% of jujube by supercritical fluid extraction using a CO_2 or N_2 carrier gas to prepare the medicinal herbal tea extract composition. 본 발명은 한방차용 조성물 및 CO₂ 추출법에 의한 한방차 추출조성물 제조방법과 이를 이용한 탄산음료 및 건강음료 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 천화분, 갈근, 생지황, 오미자, 감초, 의이인, 대추, 돼지감자로 이루어진 한방생약재 원료를 N₂ 또는 CO₂ 캐리어 기체를 이용하여 추출 및 농축하여 수득된 한방생약재 추출물 및 음료소재를 포함하도록 하기 위하여, 천화분 10∼20중량％, 갈근 5∼10중량％, 생지황 5∼10중량％, 오미자 5∼10중량％, 감초 5∼10중량％, 의이인 20∼50중량％, 대추 5∼10중량％를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 한다. 또한, 천화분 10∼20중량％, 갈근 5∼10중량％, 생지황 5∼10중량％, 오미자 5∼10중량％, 감초 5∼10중량％, 의이인 20∼50중량％, 대추 5∼10중량％의 중량비로 배합된 한방생약재 분쇄물을 CO₂또는 N₂캐리어 기체를 이용한 초임계 추출법으로 추출 및 농축하여 제조됨을 특징으로 한다.
