Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a device and a method for disabling touch display input of a cooking appliance. According to the present invention, the device temporarily disables an LCD touch screen, when an LCD panel of a cooking appliance is polluted so that the LCD panel is required to be cleaned and returns to a normal mode after cleaning the screen. Accordingly, a user may easily and conveniently clean the LCD touch screen, even when the cooking appliance is operated. 본 발명은 조리기기의 터치 화면 입력 디스에이블 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 조리기기의 LCD 패널이 오염되어 청소가 필요한 경우 LCD 터치 화면을 일시 디스에이블시키고, 화면 청소 후 정상 모드로 복귀시키는 조리기기의 터치 화면 입력 디스에이블 장치 및 방법을 제공함으로써 조리기기가 동작 중에도 조리기기의 LCD 터치 화면을 쉽고 편리하게 터치 LCD 화면을 청소할 수 있다.
