More specifically, the present invention relates to a pharmaceutical raw material for preventing or treating various diseases including cancer, inflammation, and cardiovascular disorder caused by free radicals or peroxides in the human body, due to excellent effects in antioxidant activity including anti-aging. To this end, magnolia petals are fermented by microbes and then are dried and powdered. 본 발명은 목련 꽃잎을 이용한 항산화 효과를 갖는 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 목련 꽃잎을 미생물에 의하여 발효시킨 후 건조 및 분말화하고 이를 노화방지 등 항산화 작용에 보다 탁월한 효과를 나타냄을 확인함으로써 인체 내 과산화물이나 자유 라디칼에 기인하는 암, 염증, 심혈관질환 등 여러가지 질병에 대한 예방 또는 치료용 약제학적 원료에 관한 것이다.
