ELECTROSTATIC CHUCK SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY DEVICE USING THE SAME

Disclosed are an electrostatic chuck system and a method for manufacturing an organic light emitting display device using the same. An electrostatic chuck system includes an electrostatic chuck with a plurality of unit chucks supporting a display substrate, an optical photomask on the display substrate, the optical photomask having a material to be transferred onto the display substrate, a light source on the optical photomask, a gap measuring meter for measuring a gap between the display substrate and the optical photomask, a power source unit for applying power to each of the plurality of unit chucks through variable resistance units respectively connected to the plurality of unit chucks, and a control unit electrically connected to the gap measuring meter, the variable resistance units, and the power source unit, and transmits a signal for adjusting the gap. 정전 척 시스템과, 이를 이용한 유기 발광 디스플레이 장치의 제조 방법을 개시한다. 본 발명은 복수의 단위 척을 가지며, 디스플레이 기판이 장착되는 정전 척;과, 디스플레이 기판 상에 설치되며, 디스플레이 기판 상에 전사되는 물질을 가지는 광학 마스크;와, 광학 마스크의 상부에 설치되는 광원;과, 디스플레이 기판과 광학 마스크 사이의 간격을 측정하는 간격 측정기;와, 단위 척들에 각각 연결된 가변 저항부를 통하여 각 단위 척들에 전원을 인가하는 전원부;와, 간격 측정기, 가변 저항부, 및 전원부에 전기적으로 연결되며, 간격을 조절하는 신호를 전달하는 제어부;를 포함한다.
