Zusammenfassung: | Provided in the present invention are: a polymer for a suture, obtained from a reaction of polydioxanone as a raw material of the suture with a polymer having a phosphorylcholine group and a hydroxyl group; and a suture therefrom. In addition, provided is the suture manufactured by irradiating the same after melting and mixing the raw material of the suture and a compound containing a phosphorylcholine-like group. In addition, provided is a surface-modified biocompatible suture, by coating the surface with the compound containing a phosphorylcholine-like group.
본 발명은 포스포릴콜린 그룹 및 히드록시기를 갖는 중합체와 봉합사의 원료인 폴리디옥사논과의 반응으로 얻어지는 봉합사용 중합체 및 이로부터 봉합사를 제공한다. 또한, 봉합사 원료와 포스포릴콜린 유사기 함유 화합물을 용융 혼합한 뒤 방사하여 제조된 봉합사를 제공한다. 또한, 포스포릴콜린 유사기 함유 화합물로 표면을 코팅함으로써 표면 개질된 생체 적합성 봉합사를 제공한다. |
