Zusammenfassung:	In the present invention, provided is a pillow capable of adjusting the height. The pillow of the present invention can mitigate a problem of having pains in the neck and the shoulders of a user and not being able to get enough sleep when the user sleeps outside the user′s own house. According to the present invention, a user can simply fill an air sack (2) with air by arbitrarily using an electrically-driven air pump (4) to adjust the height of the pillow. An air outlet (3) is arranged on the height adjustable pillow, and the user can easily adjust the height of the pillow.
