The present invention relates to a cannula. The cannula includes a body (10) having a hollow portion (120) at a central portion thereof to be inserted into a cut window formed by cutting a skin tissue (S) of the human body, a sealing unit (20) installed at an upper end of the body (10) to seal an entrance of the hollow portion (120) formed in the body (10), and a cap (30) that prevents separation of the sealing unit (20) installed in the body (10). In a surgery such as backbone endoscopic surgery, an endoscope and a treatment tube can be easily introduced and interference is minimized in a process of moving the endoscope and the treatment tube, so that the endoscope can be moved freely and precisely and a treatment effect can be improved. 본 발명은 캐뉼라에 관한 것으로서 중심부에 중공부(120)를 형성하여 신체의 피부 조직(S)을 절개하여 형성한 절개창에 삽입하는 바디(10)와, 상기 바디(10)의 상단부에 설치되어 바디(10)에 형성된 중공부(120)의 입구를 밀폐하는 밀폐수단(20)과, 상기 바디(10)에 설치된 밀폐수단(20)의 이탈을 방지하는 캡(30)을 포함하여 구성함으로써 척추 내시경 치료술과 같은 시술에 있어서 내시경과 치료관의 동시 투입이 용이함과 동시에 내시경과 치료관을 움직이는 과정에서 간섭을 최소화하여 자유롭고 정밀한 움직임을 가능케 함으로써 치료 효과를 향상시킬 수 있게 효과가 있다.
