TOUCH DISPLAY DEVICE

Provided is a touch display device which generates a gate signal while being capable of adjusting the widths of a pull-down section and a pull-up section of the gate signal in accordance with operation time to prevent the occurrence of a vertical line stain on a screen. The touch display device includes: an in-cell touch panel including a built-in touch panel; a timer which counts the operation time of the in-cell touch panel to output a count value; a timing control unit which generates and outputs a gate control signal capable of adjusting the duty ratio of a gate signal in accordance with the count value; and a gate driving unit which generates and outputs the gate signal having the duty ratio adjusted by the gate control signal. 동작시간에 따라 게이트신호의 풀업구간 및 풀다운구간의 폭이 조절된 게이트신호를 생성하여 화면에 세로선 얼룩이 발생되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 터치표시장치가 제공된다. 터치표시장치는, 터치패널이 내장된 인셀터치패널; 상기 인셀터치패널의 동작시간을 카운트하여 카운트값을 출력하는 타이머; 상기 카운트값에 따라 게이트신호의 듀티비를 조절할 수 있는 게이트제어신호를 생성하여 출력하는 타이밍제어부; 및 상기 게이트제어신호에 따라 듀티비가 조절된 게이트신호를 생성하여 출력하는 게이트구동부를 포함한다.
