Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a connecting structure of a high current terminal of a junction block. The connecting structure particularly comprises: a high current terminal mounted with a bolt and equipped with a wire; and a junction block to which the high current terminal is inserted and fixed through a nut together with a bus bar. The connecting structure simplifies an assembly process by preventing the bolt and the nut from being assembled to the junction block, improves working convenience since an additional allowance is not required in comparison with a conventional bolt fixing system. Additionally, the connecting structure solves a quality problem due to thread wearing of the bolt and the nut owing to an introducing angle of the bolt when coupling after assembling the high current terminal, and at the same time, enhances marketability of the product by preventing dislocation of the terminal due to wire tension. 본 발명은 정션블록의 대전류단자 연결 구조에 관한 것으로서, 특히 볼트가 장착되며, 와이어가 구비된 대전류단자와; 버스바와 함께 너트를 통해 상기 대전류단자가 삽입 고정되는 정션블록으로 구성되어, 볼트 및 너트를 정션블록에 조립하지 않게 하여 조립 공정을 간소화시키고, 종래의 볼트 고정 방식에 비해 추가 여유가 불필요하여 작업 편의성을 향상시키며, 대전류단자 조립 후 체결 시 볼트의 진입 각도에 의한 볼트 및 너트의 나사산 마모로 인한 품질 문제를 개선하는 동시에 와이어 장력에 의한 터미널 이탈 방지가 가능하게 하여 상품성을 증대시키는데 효과가 있도록 하는 것이다.
