SURGE PROTECTIVE DEVICE FOR DIRECT LIGHTNING WITH PREVENTIVE FUNCTION AGAINST SECONDARY SHORT CIRCUIT FAIL

The present invention relates to a surge protective device for protecting direct lightning with a preventive function against a secondary short circuit accident. More specifically, the present invention relates to a surge protective device for protecting direct lightning with a preventive function against a secondary short circuit accident configured to prevent a secondary short circuit accident in advance which can be generated by coming into contact with blowout portions of a fuse again after the blowout of a fuse by transient voltage. The present invention comprises: a body part; a varistor which is combined with one point of the inside of the body part and includes a first electrode and a second electrode; the fuse whose one side of the bottom surface is combined with the first electrode; a fuse separation unit which comprises a through hole and is combined with the fuse through the through hole; a conductor whose one side is combined with the other side of the bottom surface of the fuse; a tension member whose one side is combined with the conductor and the other side is combined with the fuse separation unit. According to the present invention, the surge protective device can be provided such that after the blowout of a fuse according to direct lightening surge inflow, the separation between the blowout portions is securely done, and thus a secondary short circuit accident such as explosion and fire, etc can be prevented in advance. 본 발명은 2차 단락사고 방지기능을 가진 직격뢰 보호용 서지보호장치에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 과도 전압에 의해 퓨즈가 용단된 후 퓨즈의 용단된 부분들이 재접촉하여 발생할 수 있는 2차 단락사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있는 2차 단락사고 방지기능을 가진 직격뢰 보호용 서지보호장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 몸체부; 상기 몸체부 내부의 일 지점에 결합되며 제1 전극 및 제2 전극을 포함하는 바리스터; 하부면의 일측이 상기 제1 전극과 결합되는 퓨즈; 관통홈이 구비되며 상기 관통홈을 통해 상기 퓨즈와 결합하는 퓨즈 분리부; 일측이 상기 퓨즈 하부면의 타측과 결합되는 도체부; 및 일측이 상기 도체부와 결합되고 타측이 상기 퓨즈 분리부와 결합되는 인장부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면 직격뢰 서지 유입에 따라 퓨즈가 용단된 후 용단된 부분들 간의 분리가 확실하게 이루어질 수 있어 폭발, 화재 등의 2차 단락사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있는 서지보호장치를 제공할 수 있게 된다.
