Zusammenfassung: | An embodiment of the present invention provides a water cooling device capable of controlling a flow direction of a cooling medium by opening/closing inlet and discharge pipes independently from each other, thereby improving the whole cooling efficiency. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the water cooling device includes a feeding line which supplies the cooling medium, a cooling plate which is connected with the feeding line to receive the cooling medium and to cool a heat radiation member, a recovery line which is connected with the cooling plate to receive the cooling medium, the inlet pipes which connect a cooling tube, which is formed by crossing and arranging a plurality of lines, through which the cooling medium passes, and provided in a cooling plate, with the feeding line, and the discharge tubes which connects the recovery line with the cooling pipe.
