Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a heat treatment device for manufacturing a display panel, which comprises: a heat treatment unit where a substrate for manufacturing a display panel is located; a heating unit for heating a first temperature adjustment fluid discharged from the heat treatment unit; a circulation unit for circulating the first temperature adjustment fluid to move the first temperature adjustment fluid, which has passed the heating unit, to the heating unit through the heat treatment unit; and a chamber unit in which the heat treatment unit, the heating unit, and the circulation unit are installed. Therefore, the heat treatment device improves productivity of a display panel. 본 발명은 디스플레이패널을 제조하기 위한 기판이 위치하는 열처리부, 상기 열처리부로부터 배출되는 제1온도조절유체를 가열하기 위한 가열부, 상기 가열부를 거친 제1온도조절유체가 상기 열처리부를 거쳐 상기 가열부로 이동하도록 제1온도조절유체를 순환 이동시키기 위한 순환부, 및 상기 열처리부, 상기 가열부, 및 상기 순환부가 설치되는 챔버부를 포함하는 디스플레이패널 제조용 열처리장치에 관한 것이다.
