Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a construction site management system, which communicates with an office terminal and a smart device, and a method thereof. The construction site management system comprises: a database unit which stores field business data and information of a person in charge; and a server which uploads the field business data according to a request from an office terminal or a smart device, stores the field business data in the database unit, directly provides the field business data, or provides the field business data after conversion. According to the present invention, the construction site management is performed on a mobile basis by using a tablet PC, an application, or the like, thereby improving productivity and efficiency. 본 발명은 오피스 단말기 및 스마트 기기와 통신하는 건설 현장 관리 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 현장 업무 자료와 담당자의 정보를 저장하는 데이터베이스부; 상기 오피스 단말기 또는 스마트기기의 요청에 따라 상기 현장 업무자료를 업로드받아 상기 데이터베이스부에 저장하여 두고, 제공하거나 변환하여 제공하는 서버를 포함한다. 이러한 본 발명은 건설현장 관리를 태블릿 PC와 어플리케이션 등을 이용하여 모바일 기반으로 수행함으로서 생산성을 개선하고 효율화한다.
