Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to an encapsulant, a solar cell module, and a light-emitting sunlight condensing device, and more specifically, to an encapsulant using non-cadmium quantum dots as a wavelength conversion material, in which quantum dots and a transparent polymer are manufactured as a complex body by using 1-3-6-non-cadmium three-component or four-component quantum dots as wavelength conversion materials, in which the encapsulant can absorb ultraviolet light to emit visible light using light conversion properties of the quantum dots, and can convert the visible light into infrared light, thereby improving durability of a solar cell and increasing development efficiency, and a solar cell module and a light-emitting sunlight condensing device using the same.
본 발명은 봉지재, 태양전지모듈 및 발광형 태양광 집광장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 1-3-6족 비카드뮴 3성분계 또는 4성분계 양자점을 파장 변환 물질로 채용하여 양자점과 투명 고분자를 복합체로 제작한 뒤 양자점의 광 변환 성질을 이용해 자외선을 흡수하고 가시광선으로 방출하고, 가시광선을 적외선으로 변환하여 태양전지의 내구성을 향상시킴은 물론 발전 효율 향상에 도움을 주는 비카드뮴 양자점을 파장변환 물질로 채용한 봉지재와 이를 채용한 태양전지모듈 및 발광형 태양광 집광장치에 관한 것이다. |
