CONSTRUCTION AND DESIGN METHOD FOR PILE-CAP WITH PRECAST SYSTEM ON WATER CONDITION

The present invention relates to a construction method of a precast foundation for a pier foundation of a marine bridge. A PC house forms an upper part of a wall unit lower than an upper part of a cast-in-place structure formed inside the PC house by placing concrete. The cast-in-place structure is formed throughout an internal space of the PC house and the upper part of the wall unit, and a joint surface of the PC house and the cast-in-place structure is horizontally formed in the upper part of the wall unit, thus an inflow of seawater is minimized. Accordingly, the construction method of the precast foundation for the pier foundation of the marine bridge is capable of preventing salt damage and preventing a lower foundation structure from weakening caused by salt damage. In addition, the PC house forms the upper part of the wall unit lower than the upper part of the cast-in-place structure formed inside the PC house by placing concrete and connecting a main house tension rebar of the PC house and a house extra rebar and a main structure tension rebar of the cast-in-place structure and a structure extra rebar, thus the PC house forms the single lower foundation structure with the cast-in-place structure, not as a consumable structure such as a common form. Accordingly, the waste of rebar and concrete are prevented. The construction method of the precast foundation for the pier foundation of the marine bridge includes: a step of manufacturing the PC house; a step of installing the PC house; and a step of forming the single lower foundation structure by using the PC house and the cast-in-place structure. 본 발명은 해상교각 기초용 프리캐스트 기초 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 피씨 하우스는 벽체부의 상단면이 피씨 하우스 내부에 타설되어 형성되는 현장타설 구조물의 상단면보다 낮게 위치하도록 형성하는 것으로, 현장타설 구조물이 피씨 하우스의 내부 공간과 벽체부의 상단부에 걸쳐서 형성되고 피씨 하우스와 현장타설 구조물의 접합면이 벽체부의 상단에 수평으로 형성되어 바닷물의 침입을 최소화할 수 있고, 결과적으로 염해와 이로 인한 하부기초 구조물의 취약화를 방지할 수 있게 함과 아울러 피씨 하우스는 벽체부의 상단면이 피씨 하우스 내부에 타설되어 형성되는 현장타설 구조물의 상단면보다 낮게 위치하도록 형성함과 아울러 피씨 하우스의 하우스 주인장 철근 및 하우스 가외 철근과 현장타설 구조물의 구조물 주인장 철근 및 구조물 가외 철근을 연결한 것이므로 피씨 하우스가 단순한 거푸집과 같은 희생구조물이 아닌 현장타설 구조물과 함께 하나의 하부기초 구조물을 구성하게 되어 철근 및 콘크리트의 불필요한 낭비를 방지할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
