Zusammenfassung:	The purpose of the present invention is to make audiences experience a specific effect even if a device which provides the specific effect is not installed inside a theater. A cinema server to form specific effect by using a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a video information management unit to store video basic information including at least one among a video title, a video running time, timetable information and to manage the same; an application unit to provide an application for forming specific effect depending on whether the application is installed in the mobile terminal or not; and a control unit to control the video information management unit and the application unit. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 모바일 단말을 이용하여 특수 효과를 구현하는 시네마 서버는 영상 제목, 영상 상영 시간, 회차 정보 중 적어도 어느 하나가 포함된 영상 기본 정보가 저장되어 관리되는 영상정보 관리부와 모바일 단말에 어플리케이션의 설치 여부에 따라 특수 효과를 구현하기 위한 어플리케이션을 제공하는 어플리케이션부 및 영상정보 관리부와 어플리케이션부를 제어하는 제어부를 포함한다.
