APPARATUS FOR SUPPLYING COUNTERAGENT OF BALLAST WATER TREATMENTING SYSTEM AND METHOD OF SUPPLYING COUNTERAGENT USING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a neutralizing agent supply apparatus for a ballast water treatment system and a neutralizing agent treatment method using the same. The neutralizing agent supply apparatus includes: a main tank storing a liquid neutralizing agent; a secondary tank which receives pure water from a pure water supply source of the outside and the neutralizing agent stored in the main tank to store diluted neutralizing agent; a first valve which is installed onto a first pipe connecting the main tank and the secondary tank to regulate the neutralizing agent supply; a second valve which is installed onto a second pipe connecting the pure water supply source and the secondary tank to regulate the pure water supply; a third valve which is installed onto a third pipe connecting the secondary tank and a ballast water discharging pipe to regulate diluted neutralizing agent supply; and a control unit which controls the first valve and the second valve to control the ratio of the neutralizing agent and pure water supplied to the secondary tank.
