Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet having excellent corrosion resistance and surface quality used in building interior/exterior materials and home appliances. The present invention is based on a Zn-Al-Mg-based zinc hot dip galvanizing bath used in manufacturing existing high anti-corrosive hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, and an Mg oxide is suppressed during a manufacturing process by adding a small amount of Ba to secure excellent corrosion resistance and surface quality. A Zn-Al alloy coated steel sheet undergoes plating in a plating bath including 92 to 95 wt% of zinc, 3 to 5 wt% of aluminum, 1 to 3 wt% of magnesium, 0.01 to 0.001 wt% of barium, and the balance of inevitable impurities to manufacture a Zn-Al alloy coated steel sheet having excellent surface and front end surface corrosion resistance and fine surface appearance. A Zn-Al alloy coated steel sheet having excellent corrosion resistance by forming an MgZn2 phase of an inter-metal compound due to an Mg component in a plated layer and excellent corrosion resistance and surface quality by preventing formation of an MgO oxide film in an upper portion of the plating bath due to addition of Ba can be manufactured. 본 발명은 건축내외장재 및 가전제품에 사용되는 내식성과 표면품질이 우수한 용융아연합금 도금강판을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 기존 고내식 용융아연도금강판 제조에 사용되어지는 Zn-Al-Mg계 용융아연 도금욕을 바탕으로 하고 있으며, 미량의 Ba첨가를 통하여 제조공정 중의 Mg 산화물을 억제하여 우수한 내식성 및 표면품질의 확보가 가능 하도록 하였다. 그 구성은 아연 알루미늄 합금도금강판을 아연 92~95중량%, 알루미늄 3~5중량%, 마그네슘 1~3중량%, 바륨 0.01~0.001중량%를 나머지가 불가피하게 포함되는 불순물인 도금욕에서 도금처리함으로써, 표면 및 전단면 내식성이 우수하고 표면외관이 미려한 아연-알루미늄계 합금도금강판의 제조가 가능하다. 도금층내의 Mg 성분에 의한 금속간화합물의 MgZn2상의 형성으로 우수한 내식성을 보이며, Ba첨가로 인한 도금욕상부MgO 산화피막 형성을 방지하여 우수한 내식성과 표면품질이 우수한 아연-알루미늄계 합금도금강판의 제조가 가능해진다.
