Zusammenfassung: | The present invention provides a method to install a lock bolt capable of preventing mortar from flowing downward capable of checking the mortar; minimize a loss of the mortar; and improve constructability by preventing the mortar from flowing downward when filling the mortar in a borehole by properly corresponding to the field conditions such as a boring angle and a diameter of the borehole different per borehole which may occur when boring the borehole for the lock bolt. According to a proper embodiment of the present invention, the method to install the lock bolt comprises: a step of forming the boreholes by boring the boreholes at a required depth in the appointed places of the ground of a tunnel ceiling surface with a boring machine; a step of connecting an injection hose to fill the mortar and an overflow hose to the lock bolt in an identical longitudinal direction after preparing the lock bolt with a predetermined length to be inserted into the borehole, winding a compressed sponge to block the mortar once around a rear end of the lock bolt to cover the lock bolt, the overflow hose, and the injection hose to fill the mortar, and fixating the lock bolt, the overflow hose, and the injection hose to fill the mortar into a bundle with a cable tie; a step of closing the borehole by inserting the lock bolt with the overflow hose and the injection hose to fill the mortar into the borehole to forcibly contract the compressed sponge to block the mortar in an entry of the borehole; a step of filling the mortar into the injection hose to fill the mortar until the mortar is leaked through the overflow hose after connecting a mortar exclusive injecting device to an entry of the rear end of the injection hose to fill the mortar; and a step of fixating a pressing plate to the ground by screw-coupling a lock nut to the lock bolt after inserting the pressing plate into the rear end of the lock bolt.
본 발명은 락 볼트 천공시 발생할 수 있는 공별 상이한 천공각도 및 천공경 등 현장여건에 적절하게 대응하여 몰탈 충진시 몰탈의 흘러내림이 방지되어 몰탈확인 및 손실의 최소화, 시공성 향상이 이루어지도록 한 락 볼트의 시공 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 적절한 실시 형태에 따르면, 터널의 천정면 원지반에 예정된 개소에 천공기를 이용하여 소요 깊이만큼 천공을 실시하여 천공홀을 형성하는 단계와; 상기 천공홀에 삽입될 일정 길이의 락 볼트를 구비한 후, 오버플로우 호스와 몰탈 충진용 주입호스를 락 볼트에 동일 길이 방향으로 연결하고, 상기 락 볼트의 후단부에 몰탈차폐용 압축스펀지를 1회 이상 감아 락 볼트와 오버플로우 호스 및 몰탈 충진용 주입호스를 함께 감아 감싸게 한 후 케이블 타이를 이용하여 묶음 고정시켜 놓는 단계와; 상기 천공홀에 락 볼트를 오버플로우 호스 및 몰탈 충진용 주입호스와 함께 삽입하여 몰탈차폐용 압축스펀지를 상기 천공홀의 입구에서 강제 수축시켜 천공홀을 밀폐시켜 놓는 단계와; 상기 몰탈 충진용 주입호스의 후단측 입구에 몰탈 전용 주입기를 연결한 후 오버플로우 호스를 통해 몰탈이 새어나올때까지 몰탈을 충진하 |
