Zusammenfassung:The present invention is to significantly improve the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) while, using a SH0-mode guided wave in the circumferential direction of a waterwall tube, examining the operation state of the tube. The present invention guides constructive interference between circumferential waves using a magnetostrictive probe including an elongated spiral RF surface coil to increase the amplitude of a resonance signal. At the same time, the present invention forms antinodes at the welding point between the waterwall tube and a membrane to reduce noise due to the guided waves which do not progress in the intended circumferential direction and transmits and receives the circumferential waves at a plurality of points on the fireside outer circumferential surface of the waterwall tube. 본 발명은 보일러 수벽관(Waterwall Tube)의 원주방향으로 진행하는 SH모드 피도파(Guided Wave)들의 공명을 이용하여 관의 이상 유무를 효율적으로 검사하도록 하면서 SNR(Signal-To-Noise Ratio)을 크게 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 것으로서; 늘어진 나선형(Elongated Spiral) RF표면코일을 포함하는 자왜탐촉자를 이용하여 발생된 원주파(Circumferential Wave)들 사이의 보강간섭을 유도하여 공명신호의 진폭을 향상시킴과 동시에 수벽관과 멤브레인(Membrane) 사이의 두 용접부위에 안티노드(Antinode)들이 형성되도록 하여 의도된 원주방향으로 진행하지 못한 피도파들에 기인된 잡음들을 상당히 약화시킬 수 있게 하는 수벽관 화측(Fireside) 외면 상의 복수(Plural) 개의 그런 위치에서 원주파를 송수신하도록 한 것이다.
