ADJUSTING DEVICE FOR TGS-CABLE

The present invention relates to an adjusting device for a TGS-cable for a transmission of a vehicle and, more specifically, to an adjusting device for a TGS-cable which connects a transmission lever and a transmission in a vehicle and to convey actuating force, and comprises: a first rod whose one end is connected to the TGS-cable and whose the other end has an inserting unit formed to protrude, which has a plurality of inserting saw teeth on the external surface of the inserting unit; and a second rod whose one end is connected to a lever on the transmission side and whose the other end has a guide slot formed in a longitudinal direction and a plurality of guide saw teeth formed on both side surfaces of the guide slot. Since the inserting unit is inserted into the guide slot and the inserting sawteeth and the guide sawteeth are engaged, the length of the TGS-cable is adjusted. The present invention can easily adjust the TGS-cable, improve the maintenance when the neutrality adjustment is defective, and make fine adjustments. 본 발명은 차량용 변속기의 변속케이블 조정장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 차량의 변속레버와 변속기 사이를 연결하여 조작력을 전달하는 변속케이블의 조정장치에 있어서, 일단이 변속케이블에 연결되고 타측에 삽입부가 돌출 형성되며, 삽입부의 외부면에 다수의 삽입톱니가 형성된 제 1 로드 및 일단이 변속기측 레버에 연결되고 타측에 길이방향으로 가이드슬롯이 형성되며, 가이드슬롯의 양측면에 다수의 가이드톱니가 형성된 제 2 로드를 포함하며, 상기 삽입부가 가이드슬롯에 삽입되어 삽입톱니와 가이드톱니가 치합됨에 따라 변속케이블의 길이가 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하여, 변속케이블을 용이하게 조정할 수 있고 중립 조정 불량시 정비성이 향상되며 세밀한 조정이 가능한 변속케이블 조정장치에 관한 것이다.
