Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a grinding apparatus and a grinding method using the same. The grinding apparatus includes: a main body installed to be moved back and forth along a rail; a rotation part which is installed on the main body, and is installed to be rotatable along an inner circumference of a cylindrical container; a grinder which is installed on an upper part of the rotation part, and performs a cleaning work by grinding an inner surface of the container; and a height adjustment part to adjust height of the rotation part. Thus, the grinding apparatus obtains the effect of performing the grinding work by adjusting height and rotation angle of the grinder easily, by preparing the height adjustment part and the rotation part on the main body which is prepared to be able to move back and forth. 그라인딩 장치 및 그를 이용한 그라인딩 방법에 관한 것으로, 레일을 따라 전후 이동 가능하게 설치되는 본체, 상기 본체에 설치되고 원통 형상의 용기 내주면을 따라 회전 가능하게 설치되는 회전부, 상기 회전부의 상단에 설치되고 용기의 내면을 그라인딩해서 청정작업을 수행하는 그라인더 및 상기 회전부의 높이를 조절하는 높이조절부를 포함하는 구성을 마련하여, 전후 이동이 가능하게 마련된 본체에 높이조절부 및 회전부를 마련해서 그라인더의 높이 및 회전각도를 조절하여 용이하게 그라인딩 작업을 수행할 수 있다는 효과가 얻어진다.
