Zusammenfassung:According to an embodiment of the present invention, disclosed is a method for operating an ultrasonic transducer which effectively tracks a resonant frequency of a piezoelectric element. The ultrasonic transducer comprises: a converter applying alternating current voltage to a piezoelectric element, and allowing alternating current to flow in the piezoelectric element; a phase comparison unit for outputting an output signal representing a phase of the alternating current voltage and a phase order of the alternating current; and a control unit for changing a frequency of the alternating current voltage based on the output signal outputted by the phase comparison unit. 압전 소자에 교류 전압을 인가하여 압전 소자에 교류 전류가 흐르게 하는 컨버터; 교류 전압의 위상과 교류 전류의 위상의 선후를 나타내는 출력 신호를 출력하는 위상 비교부; 및 위상 비교부로부터 출력되는 출력 신호에 기초하여, 교류 전압의 주파수를 변경하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 초음파 트랜스듀서 구동 장치가 개시된다.
