Provided is a rainwater collecting device. A rainwater collecting device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a water collecting unit collecting rainwater by receiving the rainwater in case of rain and allowing the rainwater to flow in a predetermined direction; a cover unit preventing the intake of foreign materials to the water collecting unit in case of no rain; a driving unit moving the cover unit to the upper side or the lower side of the water collecting unit; and a control unit controlling the driving unit to move the cover unit to the lower side of the water collecting unit from the upper side of the water collecting unit in case of rain and to move the cover unit to the upper side of the water collecting unit from the lower side of the water collecting unit in case of no rain.
