BATTERY PACK

The present invention relates to a battery pack capable of facilitating drainage of moisture when moisture comes inside a battery pack by forming a drainage hole on the bottom surface of a battery pack case and preventing inflow of foreign substances through the drainage hole by using a mold. A battery pack according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a plurality of electrically connected battery cells; and a case including an upper case and a lower case while surrounding the plurality of battery cells. At least one drainage hole is formed on the bottom surface of the lower case. The at least one drainage hole includes a first area formed from an inner surface to a specific depth in a thickness direction of the bottom surface of the lower case and a second area formed from a location that the first area ends to the outer surface in the thickness direction of the bottom surface of the lower case. The first area includes a first inclination unit inclined to make the drainage holes become gradually smaller. The second area includes: groove units formed along the perimeter of the drainage holes at predetermined intervals from a location where the first inclination unit ends to the outer surface of the bottom surface of the lower case; and a foreign substance inflow prevention unit formed on the same plane as the outer surface of the bottom surface of the lower case. 본 발명은 배터리 팩 케이스의 바닥면에 배수구를 형성함에 의하여 배터리 팩 내부로 수분 유입 시 배수를 원활하게 할 수 있으며, 금형 제조에 의하여 배수홀로 이물질이 침투하지 않도록 할 수 있는 배터리 팩에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 배터리 팩은 전기적으로 연결된 복수개의 배터리 셀; 상기 복수개의 배터리 셀을 감싸며, 상부케이스 및 하부케이스로 이루어지는 케이스;를 포함하되, 상기 하부케이스의 바닥면에는 적어도 하나의 배수홀이 형성되며, 상기 배수홀은, 상기 하부케이스 바닥면의 두께 방향에서 내부면으로부터 일정 깊이까지의 제1 영역과, 상기 제1 영역이 끝나는 위치부터 상기 하부케이스 바닥면의 두께 방향에서 외부면까지의 제2 영역을 포함하고, 상기 제1 영역은 상기 배수홀이 점점 작아지도록 경사지게 형성된 제1 경사부를 포함하며, 상기 제2 영역은 상기 제1 경사부가 끝나는 위치로부터 상기 하부케이스 바닥면의 외부면까지 상기 배수홀 둘레를 따라 일정 간격으로 형성되는 홈부 및, 상기 하부케이스 바닥면의 외부면과 동일한 평면 상에 형성되는 이물 유입 방지부를 포함한다.
