Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an apparatus for purifying oil which can improve heat recovery efficiency in purifying oil from organic substances using superheated steam. More specifically, the present invention relates to an apparatus for purifying oil (100) for thermally decomposing organic substances with superheated steam and purifying oil from gas components generated by the thermal decomposition. The apparatus for purifying oil (100) comprises: a heat treatment container (2) for storing the organic substances; and a superheated steam generating part (4) for generating the superheated steam to be supplied into the heat treatment container (2), wherein the superheated steam generating part (4) is arranged inside heat treatment container (2). 본 발명은, 과열 수증기를 이용하여 유기물로부터 기름을 정제(精製)하는 것에 있어서, 열회수 효율을 향상시키는 것이다. 구체적으로 본 발명은, 유기물을 과열 수증기에 의해 열분해하여, 그것에 의해서 생기는 가스 성분으로부터 기름을 정제하는 기름 정제 장치(100)로서, 유기물이 수용되는 열처리 용기(2)와, 과열 수증기를 생성하여 열처리 용기(2) 내에 공급하는 과열 수증기 생성부(4)를 구비하며, 과열 수증기 생성부(4)는, 열처리 용기(2)의 내부에 마련되어 있다.
