Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a precursor for manufacturing a light absorbing layer of a solar cell. More particularly, the present invention relates to a precursor comprising nanoparticles and oxygen, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The nanoparticles include: at least one III group element selected from the group consisting of indium (In) and gallium (Ga); and at least one VI group element selected from the group consisting of sulfur (S) and selenium (Se). The precursor comprises 40 at% or less of oxygen (O) which is a substance causing oxidation in the precursor, based on the total atoms of the precursor. As various types of side reaction oxidants are not generated, bonding strength at the interface between Mo and CI(G)S thin film is improved, and photoconversion efficiency is increased because uniformity of crystal size and composition of the CI(G)S thin film is improved. Also, the nanoparticles have proper sizes and shape for coating, so film density of a coating layer is increased.
