Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a softening agent in which a silicone oil (low-yellowing softening agent) containing an amino group treated by the use of ethylene carbonate is used such that yellowing rarely occurs even during a fiber softening treatment at a high temperature. The low-yellowing softening agent can be prepared through a simple process and is environment-friendly. In addition, the low-yellowing softening agent is capable of significantly reducing yellowing resulting from a high-temperature cotton fiber treatment and is highly usable in combination with other fiber processing agents. 본 발명은 에틸렌 카보네이트(Ethylene carbonate)를 이용하여 처리한 아미노기를 포함하는 실리콘 오일(저황변 유연제)을 이용하여 고온에서 섬유의 유연처리를 하더라도 황변 현상이 거의 나타나지 않는 유연제를 제공한다. 상기 저황변 유연제는 제조공정이 단순하고 친환경적이면서 특히 면섬유의 고온처리 시에 발생하는 황변 현상을 현저하게 줄일 수 있고 다른 섬유 가공제와 사용성도 우수한 유연제를 제공한다.
