CAR WASHER LIQUID HEATING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR THE SAME

The present invention relates to a car washer liquid heating apparatus and a method to manufacture the same to prevent increase in viscosity of the washer liquid included in a washer liquid reservoir. The heating apparatus includes a heater unit provided on a rear surface of the washer liquid reservoir, and a control unit to heat the washer liquid in the washer liquid reservoir by determining a heating condition for the heater unit according to the temperature difference of a plurality of temperature sensors for the washer liquid. According to the present invention, the viscosity of the washer liquid can be maintained, while preventing a carbonization of an operation switch. Moreover, the output and the opening/closing of a relay can be controlled based on a determination of an outside temperature, an on/off state of a warning lamp for the washer liquid, the average temperature difference of a plurality of temperature sensors for the washer liquid, the respective average temperature conditions, and a connection time between the relay and a power source. 본 발명은 워셔액 리저버 내에 위치하는 워셔액의 점도의 증가를 방지하기 위해, 워셔액 리저버 배면에 위치하는 히터부를 제공하고, 다수의 워셔액 온도 센서의 온도차이를 고려하여 히터부의 가열조건을 판단하여 워셔액 리저버에 위치하는 워셔액을 가열하여, 작동스위치의 탄화를 방지하고 워셔액의 점도를 유지하는 기술을 제공하는바, 외부기온, 워셔액 경고등 점등 여부, 다수의 워서액 온도 센서의 평균 온도값 차이와 각각의 평균 온도값 조건 및 릴레이와 전원소스의 연결시간 조건을 판단하여 상기 릴레이의 출력 및 개폐를 제어하는 기술을 제공하고 있다.
