Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for manufacturing graphene oxide, which are capable of significantly reducing a reaction time by using ultrasonication. More particularly, the method comprises: feeding graphite and acid into a reactor to perform first reaction; and applying ultrasonic vibration to manufacture the graphene oxide for a short time. The method according to the present invention may significantly reduce the reaction time by using a device provided with an ultrasonic vibration rod to increase an output of the graphene oxide per production, and thus the mass-production may be achieved. Also, since the reactant is simply refined by using a filter, the method may be economically performed at a low-cost when compared to the conventional technology.
본 발명은 초음파를 이용하여 반응시간을 획기적으로 단축시키는 것을 특징으로하는 그래핀옥사이드의 제조방법 및 그 제조장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 구체적으로는 반응기에 그래파이트(Graphite) 및 산을 투입하고 1차 반응시킨 후, 초음파진동을 가함으로써 단시간 내에 그래핀옥사이드를 생산하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 그래핀옥사이드의 제조방법은 초음파진동막대가 구비된 장치를 이용하여 반응시간을 획기적으로 단축시킴으로써 그래핀옥사이드의 생산당 생산량이 증가하여 대량생산이 가능한 장점이 있다. 또한, 필터를 이용하여 간단하게 반응물의 정제가 가능함으로써 종래 기술에 비해 비용이 저렴한 경제적 특징이 있다. |
