Zusammenfassung: | Introduced are an aluminum alloy for a cylinder head of a vehicle with excellent conductivity, and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of the aluminum alloy for the cylinder head of the vehicle is characterized by casting using steel comprising: 1.5-3.0 wt% of Cu, 2.0-4.0 wt% of Si, 0.35-0.7 wt% or less of Mg, 0.5-2.0 wt% of Zn, 0.4-1.0 wt% of Fe, 0.31-0.5 wt% of Mn, 1.0-3.0 wt% of Ni, and the remainder consisting of Al and inevitable impurities; and aging the steel for five hours or longer at a temperature of 160-200°C. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the aluminum alloy for the cylinder head of the vehicle with excellent conductivity capable of reducing a knocking phenomenon, and improving a fuel efficiency of the vehicle.
열전도도가 우수한 자동차 실린더 헤드용 알루미늄 합금 및 그 제조방법이 소개된다. 본 발명의 열전도도가 우수한 자동차 실린더 헤드용 알루미늄 합금 제조방법은, Cu : 1.5 ~ 3.0wt%, Si : 2.0 ~ 4.0wt%, Mg : 0.35 ~ 0.7wt% 이하, Zn : 0.5 ~ 2.0wt%, Fe : 0.4 ~ 1.0wt%, Mn : 0.31 ~ 0.5wt%, Ni : 1.0 ~ 3.0wt%, 나머지는 Al 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하는 강을 이용하여 주조하되, 160 ~ 200℃에서 5시간 이상 시효 처리하는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
