Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a color splitting device which realizes a satisfying optical performance while facilitating easy production, a manufacturing method thereof, and an image sensor including the same. The color splitting device comprises: a color splitting element formed with a regular shape to have a color split property using a sol-gel material having high refractivity; and a low refractivity layer formed to bury the color split element. 색분리 소자 및 그 제조 방법 및 이를 포함하는 이미지 센서가 개시된다. 개시된 색분리 소자는, 고굴절율을 가지는 솔겔 물질을 이용하여 색분리 특성을 내도록 일정한 형상으로 형성된 색분리 요소와, 색분리 요소를 매립하도록 형성되는 저굴절율층을 포함한다.
