Especially, the technical purpose is to provide an organic light emitting display panel in which at least one sub color filter having a different color from an adjacent color filter provided in an adjacent color sub pixel is arranged in a bank region between a white sub pixel and the adjacent color sub pixel near to the white sub pixel, and an organic light emitting display device using the same. 본 발명은 보텀 에미션 방법 및 컬러필터를 이용하는 유기발광 표시패널 및 그를 이용한 유기발광 표시장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히, 백색서브픽셀과 인접되어 있는 인접컬러서브픽셀과 상기 백색서브픽셀 사이의 뱅크영역에, 상기 인접컬러서브픽셀에 구비된 인접컬러필터와 다른 색상의 보조컬러필터가 적어도 하나 이상 배치되어 있는, 유기발광 표시패널 및 그를 이용한 유기발광표시장치를 제공하는 것을 기술적 과제로 한다.
