Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a composition containing a sea buckthorn extract. In an experiment for testing endurance exercise capacity using mice, the level of blood lactate, blood glucose, and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) during exercise, and glycogen in muscular tissue and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity are measured. As a result, endurance exercise capacity in an experimental group into which the sea buckthorn extract is injected increases in comparison with that of a control group, while the amount of lactate in the blood is lowered due to exercise. In addition, the level of BUN, the concentration of blood sugar, and the amount of glycogen in muscular tissues decrease, whereas enzymatic activity of LDH increases. Thus, the composition of the present invention has anti-fatigue effects and properties of improving the endurance exercise capacity. Therefore, the sea buckthorn extract can be applied as a raw material for producing sports beverages and functional health food. 본 발명은 비타민나무 추출물을 함유하는 조성물에 관한 것으로, 마우스를 이용한 지구적 유영운동능력 평가실험, 운동중 혈중 젖산, 혈당 및 BUN 수준, 근육조직 글리코겐 및 LDH 효소활성을 측정한 바, 비타민나무 추출물 투여 실험군이 대조군에 비하여 지구적 유영운동시간이 증가하고, 운동에 의한 혈중 젖산량이 감소하고, BUN 수준, 혈당 및 근육조직 글리코겐 농도를 감소시키고 및 LDH 효소활성이 증가함을 확인함으로서, 지구적 유영운동능력 향상 및 항피로 효과를 가지고 있고, 스포츠 음료 등 건강기능성 식품을 제조하는 원료로 비타민나무 추출물을 활용할 수 있음을 확인하였다.
