Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a conductive laminated film, a manufacturing method thereof, a touch panel including the same, and a display device including the same. According to the present invention, the conductive laminated film, the manufacturing method thereof, the touch panel including the same, and the display device including the same obtain a handling feature even though the conductive laminated film is formed very thin so as to prevent generation of cracks and curls in a thermal treating or pattern processing process of a conductive film and so as to improve a yield and productivity in a manufacturing process. 본 출원은 도전성 적층 필름, 그 제조 방법, 그를 포함하는 터치 패널과 디스플레이 장치에 대한 것이다. 본 출원에서는 도전성 적층체가 매우 얇게 형성되어도 취급성이 확보되며, 도전성막의 열처리 또는 패턴 가공 공정에서의 크렉(crack)과 컬(curl)의 발생을 방지하며, 제조 공정에서 수율과 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있는 도전성 적층 필름, 그 제조 방법, 그를 포함하는 터치 패널과 디스플레이 장치를 제공할 수 있다.
