Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a surface treatment method for a hot dip galvanized steel sheet using atmospheric plasma which can be applied to a post-treatment process of a hot dip galvanized steel sheet after the hot dip galvanized steel sheet is manufactured as the steel sheet is precipitated in a plating sink during a steel manufacturing process; and a hot dip galvanized steel sheet using the same wherein the surface treatment method forms the atmospheric plasma to discharge atmosphere or gas such as He and Ar at a room temperature and under a normal pressure, and improves or changes a surface property by radiating the generated atmospheric plasma to the surface of the hot dip galvanized steel sheet. According to the present invention, plasma surface treatment can be performed in an in-line production facility, and welding performance of the hot dip galvanized steel sheet. Moreover, the surface treatment method has high productivity in comparison with an existing plasma surface treatment technique, and has a wide treatment area and a wide usage range. The surface treatment method has low maintenance costs and excellent economical properties.
본 발명은 철강제조공정 중 강판을 도금욕에 침전하여 용융아연도금강판을 제조한 후 상기 용융아연도금강판의 후처리 공정에 적용할 수 있는 것으로서, 상온, 상압하에서 대기 또는 He, Ar 등의 가스를 방전시켜 대기 플라즈마를 형성하고, 생성된 대기 플라즈마를 상기 용융아연도금강판의 표면에 조사하여 표면 특성을 향상시키거나 또는 변화시킬 수 있는 대기 플라즈마를 이용한 용융아연도금강판의 표면처리 방법 및 이를 이용한 용융아연도금강판에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하여, 플라즈마 표면처리를 인-라인 생산설비에서 수행할 수 있으며, 용융아연도금강판의 용접성을 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한, 기존의 플라즈마 표면처리 기술에 비해 생산성이 높고 처리영역 및 활용 범위가 매우 넓으며, 유지관리비가 저렴하여 경제성이 우수하다. |
